Ketema is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ICT Unit on the ILRI-Ethiopia sites in Addis Ababa and Debre Zeit. He provides support, guidance, coordination and supervision of the Unit staff to ensure provision of quality service. He has specific responsibility for the external communications of the Unit.

 systems Specialist

Bruk is a member of the ICT Application team based in Ethiopia and is responsible for adminstering the ICT Business systems, manage and develop the MS SQL server database, develp web-based and non web-based applications, provide assistance in the use of other business systems such as HR and MTP and advise and coordinate in any database and application development within the campus.

Biruk is the Infrastructure Specialist at ILRI, Ethiopia. He is responsible for the smooth operation of the computer and telephone Infrastructure and servers with in the campus.

Metasebia is the ICT Customer Service Officer at ILRI, Ethiopia. His primary responsiblity is to provide 1st line of hardware and software support, including repair, upgrading, and maintenance of equipment.
He also participates and assists on network related support issues - especially concenring staff computers network connectivity related issues.

Abdella, a member of the ICT Customer services team provides ICT Support on ILRI Addis and Debrezeit campus, assists in improving efficiency throuhg knowlege sharing on ICT issues and providing cover for the ICT Helpdesk.

Rakeb Habte
ICT Helpdesk Administrator

Rakeb's primary responsiblity is to provide helpdesk services for staff which include recieving calls from users, logging it on the helpdesk system and assigning job orders to technicians, making sure customer requested are taken up and completed in the shortest possible time.
