ICRAF/ILRI Payroll Sys Upgrade

Both ILRI and ICRAF are in the process of implementing payroll systems: For ILRI, it is a new payroll implementation, whereas for ICRAF, it is an upgrade of the existing payroll system. The scope of both systems was expanded beyond a typical payroll system, and now is more of a system capable of

a) computing and tracking staff Costs

b) automating the tasks and procedures necessary to keep track all relevant staff costs

c) processing of the payroll

d) remitting correct net remuneration payments to staff.

The main objective of this project is to ensure that the organizations can easily compute total consolidated staff costs and allow staff to self-manage their staff cost requirements. The target go-live period for both institute's payrolls is in June 2010
